Have you ever thought about launching a blog but aren’t quite sure where to start? Have you wanted to overhaul your current blog and take it to the next level while refuelling your passion and topping up your inspiration?
If so, read on to discover the next step in your blogging journey!
Rachel from In Spaces Between (If you haven’t visited her blog before – go, do it, now!) has just launched round 2 of her amazing blogging e-course ‘Bright Eyed and Blog Hearted’. I have had the honour of getting involved in the course as the ‘WordPress-tech-support-guru’, but once I started working through the modules it became much more than just a course on blogging.
“Bright-Eyed & Blog-Hearted takes a you-focused, soul-centred and holistic approach, fusing practical strategies with life advice that makes all the difference to how you show up and do your thing.”
Rach’s course came to me with divine timing when I was reflecting on my life and what I wanted and rediscovering who I am and what I am passionate about. And to be honest the first module was more about soul searching for me than it was about blogging! It was magical from the word go and brought back that passion and fire in my belly that used to be associated with blogging.
I have followed Rach’s blogging journey from the start, and have marvelled at seeing her little blog grow and blossom into an amazing business with a tribe of engaged and passionate ladies following in her footsteps. When I heard she was launching a blogging course I thought – even though I have been blogging for years now there is always more to learn, who better to learn from than someone who has shown that she knows her stuff and can make things work, turning blogging into her full time gig!
Despite the course being amazing, the real standout was not the course itself but the wonderful Facebook group that the BE+BH tribe joined and got involved in. The love, support and connection I have witnessed and been a part of blew my mind. The successes and frustrations shared between a group of supportive women lifted me up in a trying time in my personal life and I found myself smiling at how blessed we all were to be a part of it.
Even more fabulous have been the real life connections I have made at our regular BE+BH catch ups. These talented and passionate women have become my soul sisters and have swelled my heart with the joy of connecting over a common interest. I have met people that I just know I will call lifelong friends – and have been inspired by others from afar.
Though I haven’t quite revived this little blog of mine to the level I am wanting, this whole thing is a work in progress and the Bright Eyed and Blog Hearted course has reminded me of the passion I feel for taking photos and for sharing stories, of the rush I get when connecting with new people online, of how much fun I used to have when I first began blogging. And getting that spark back had been the most valuable lesson of all!
Rach is about to start round 2 of Bright Eyed and Blog Hearted and it goes without saying from my experience that I would highly recommend jumping on board! It is beautifully designed, has wonderful prose and insight into the world of blogging and if you have ever considered starting a blog it will give you a little kickstart to jump onboard and just do it.
Head on over to her sales page and check it out for more info and to see what the other ladies have said about their experience.
